The Goodwin

The 34 homes of the Goodwin apartments rest on one of Seattle’s most storied intersections at First and Bell. Originally a part of Louis Rowe’s strip of storefronts, 2233 First has been known throughout the city’s exciting history as the National Sheet Metal Company, Hotel Grace, and many other monikers and embodiments. It is apropos that this prolific and historic corner continues its likeness as a place that’s centrally located, attainable for everyone, and undeniably Seattle.
