Biofeedback is the process that uses special, non-invasive instruments attached to the body in order to ‘feedback’ information to help an individual correct certain conditions.

Mirrors can be used to provide biofeedback when applying makeup or combing your hair. When treatment includes the brain it is known as EEG Biofeedback or Neurofeedback. Practice is key to creating lasting, beneficial behavior.
